David Rosenfeld of insurance contractors Redrose Property Services has just cycled 300 miles on a tandem bike with Lenny, who has Down's Syndrome, on the back, helping to raise £100,000 for disability charity Norwood.
And Davies Managed Systems' boss Mark Huxley has been pounding the streets in training for the Flora London Marathon in April.
He hopes to raise £5,000 for Diabetes UK after seeing his uncle, mother and good friend all fall victim to the condition. Sponsor Huxley at
