Moody's has upgraded its rating outlook on Willis Group Holdings to stable from negative.
The ratings agency said the change was prompted by Willis' $50m settlement with the New York attorney general and New York Insurance Department to resolve the investigation into contingent commissions.
A statement said: “The outlook on Willis was changed to stable as a result of the resolution of significant uncertainty around the company.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
