E-commerce to help MMS become market leader

A payment protection insurance(PPI) company has signed an agreement with a technology company to help establish itself as a market leader.

E-commerce firm SSP has signed a four year agreement with MMS to design and implement an innovative e-commerce solution.

MMS offers PPI products for a wide range of businesses, including mortgage brokers and motor dealerships.

As well as increasing business efficiency the new solution will radically improve the sales process and the experience of their business partners.

The new solution allows MMS to develop its online business further, opening up wider distribution opportunities. MMS will launch the first of a range of new products in early 2009.

Tom Bottomley, Director at MMS said: “This innovative e-commerce solution, designed specifically for our requirements, will provide us with a flexible and scalable solution for the future. Not only will this allow us to develop our online proposition and open up new distribution opportunities, but it will also ensure the service we provide to our customers remains as efficient and professional as possible.”

Steve Bow, Managing Director of SSP’s Broking Division, said: "We are pleased that MMS selected SSP as its technology partner. The PPI market is changing rapidly, with product innovation and compliance at point of sale key priorities for providers."
