’We are thrilled to have joined Adler Fairways,’ says cofounder and director

National insurance broker Adler Fairways has acquired Intelligent Real Estate Due Diligence (IREDD) as part of its ”rapid” expansion plans.

According to a statement released today (25 January 2024), IREDD marks the fifth purchase for Alder Fairways in the past 12 months.

Established in 2010, IREDD is a legal indemnity specialist based in London that operates in the real estate investment market.

Adler Fairways said the deal formed part of its strategy to grow its specialisms.

Cofounder and director of IREDD Robert McNally said: “We are thrilled to have joined Adler Fairways and are excited to be part of their future so that IREDD may continue to deliver insurance solutions tailored to our client’s needs, coupled with exceptional levels of service.”

Representation

During the acquisition, the shareholders of IREDD were represented by Mallory Coxe and Emily McFadyen from Wright Hassall – a full-service law firm based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

Coxe, who joined Wright Hassall in July 2023, said IREDD’s “innovative practices have helped secure a leading reputation in the legal indemnities marketplace”.

“It’s been great to jump straight into dealmaking and work very closely with two impressive individuals to see this transaction through from start to finish and play my part in helping propel IREDD to the next level,” she added.

“Our corporate team has been very busy, particularly over the final quarter of 2023, but the work we have put in place to grow our offering means we are well-placed to take on new work and deliver results for our clients over the coming year.”
