’We will continue to work together with our insurer partners to set the bar even higher in terms of performance,’ says network’s managing director

Six insurers have been ranked based on their performance in the latest Brokerbility survey, with Allianz taking the top spot overall.

Broker network Brokerbility’s research surveyed its broker members via questions discussing claims, underwriting, accounts and overall satisfaction, with six of its insurer partners making up the list of who could be ranked.

These insurers were Axa, Allianz, Aviva, NIG, RSA and Zurich.

Allianz achieved the highest overall satisfaction from Brokerbility members and was also the leading insurer for claims in the survey.

Aviva, however, recorded the highest overall score in the underwriting category from Brokerbility’s member brokers.

Critical service

John Dunn, managing director at Brokerbility, commented: “Insurer service levels are critical to brokers in their ability to maintain good client relationships and attract new business.

“This survey is therefore a key component of our proposition as Brokerbility and our insurer partners continually strive towards delivering a quality service.

“In doing so, our members maintain a competitive edge and that’s why we will continue to work together with our insurer partners to set the bar even higher in terms of performance.”
