Ardonagh Advisory has officially rebranded as Everywhen at the 2025 Biba Conference.

The UK platform of the Ardonagh Group, which has more than 45 trading names across general insurance broking, health and employee benefits, said the new name reflected the “scale and breadth” of its proposition.

The name was launched during the first day of the 2025 Biba Conference, with the platform describing the rebrand as a “natural evolution for the business”.

Rob Worrell, chief executive at Everywhen, said: “I’m incredibly proud of what Ardonagh Advisory has achieved, bringing together incredible businesses, harnessing their unique expertise and amplifying it together.

“We’ve spent years developing our proposition, building our shared culture and delivering for our clients.

“Now’s the time to give that a cohesive and meaningful identity we can all stand behind and be proud of.

“Everywhen is both a new chapter for our business and a renewal of our commitment to our customers.”

‘Better together’

Everywhen will employ more than 4,500 people with over 100 offices across the UK. It places over £5bn of insurance premium on behalf of clients each year.

Over the next 12 months, the majority of trading broking brands will follow and rebrand as Everywhen as well.

“We’re already better together for our customers and over the next 6-18 months they’ll see our trading brands gradually move across to become Everywhen,” Worrell said.

“What they won’t see is any change to the expert support and specialist knowledge they already receive.”
