’Establishing a presence in Wales is an important step for us,’ says head of acquisitions
Insurance broker AssuredPartners has acquired LT Insurance Services (LTI) to establish a presence in Wales.
LTI is based in South Wales and provides solutions to a range of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as personal lines clients.
Paul Casey, head of acquisitions at AssuredPartners, said moving into Wales was key after forming bases in the South West and North England, Ireland and Scotland.
“Establishing a presence in Wales is an important step for us and we are excited to build from this over the coming months,” he added.

As part of the deal, LTI will become part of AssuredPartners-owned PSP Insurance Brokers.

PSP was acquired by the broker in 2021 and provides commercial and private line insurance to clients in the South West.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
