’We look forward to the expertise and energy she will bring to our expanding global cyber capabilities,’ says global chief executive
Specialty (re)insurance MGA Rokstone has appointed Lucy Barker-Hahlo as deputy head of cyber for its newly launched London cyber unit.

Barker-Hahlo will join Rokstone following her notice period from Mosaic Insurance, where she spent four and a half years developing her expertise in cyber underwriting.
Most recently, she served as vice president of cyber underwriting and cyber team lead, a position she has held since April 2024.
Prior to Mosaic Insurance, she was an underwriter at Ryan Specialty-owned Emergin Risk, where she had previously worked alongside Debbie Hobbs.
Hobbs was recently appointed to lead the Rokstone cyber unit and build-out the MGA’s dedicated cyber capabilities.
’Expertise and energy’
Ian Anson, global chief executive at Rokstone, said: “We are delighted to attract Barker-Hahlo to Rokstone.
