’For 2026, we’re shifting the spotlight to the here and now,’ says chief executive
Biba has revealed that the theme for its 2026 conference will be “Time To”.

According to the broker body, the theme is about ”embracing the present, taking decisive action and driving meaningful change for your business”.
It added that the theme is an ”invitation to define what matters most to your business”. Below are the examples Biba has listed.
Time:To Connect – find strength in collaborating with the industry and networking with peers.
Time:To Support – deepen relationships with customers and provide them with security, clear information and with fair value.
Time:To Engage – join Biba’s approach of allyship by working with government to support the UK’s economic growth and with the regulator to deliver effective and proportionate regulation.
Time:To Advise - the role of a regional broker has never been more important as a pillar of the community providing assistance and expertise.
Time:To Inspire – nurturing the next generation of talent is essential to safeguarding the future of the industry.
Time:To Protect – provide access for unusual or challenging risks and situations and equip businesses with the insurance they need to be more resilient.
Time:To Broker – it’s time for brokers to do what they do best.
Graeme Trudgill, chief executive at Biba, said: “In recent years, The Biba Conference themes have been reflective or future focused.
”For 2026, we’re shifting the spotlight to the here and now. In a world where both our industry and the wider environment are evolving rapidly, now is the time to act and, of course, time to plan your trip to Manchester Central for The Biba Conference on 13 and 14 May!”
