It was a memorable night on a warm evening in May 2023, as all the brightest stars in the insurance industry gathered at the Royal Garden Hotel in London for Insurance Times’ Claims Excellence Awards 2023.
The Claims Champion of the Year 2023 was crowned, while another 19 awards were presented by award-winning comedian and TV host Zoe Lyons, who is best known for Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Mock the Week and Live at the Apollo.
