Commercial insurance broker Trey Norman has entered the Love Island villa as a surprise contestant.

Norman, who currently works as an SME account handler/executive at One Call Commercial, was introduced onto the reality TV show last week.

According to his Linkedin, Norman studied at Birmingham City University for a BA degree before doing a masters in international relations at the University of Birmingham.

He said before heading into the villa: “Something that a lot of women like that they wouldn’t expect from me but I’m a bit of a geek and academic.

“I’ve got a First Class Economics Degree and have completed my masters as well. I also play chess and was in the chess club at University.”
