’Appointing him as our chairman was the next logical step for us,’ says chief executive
Iprism has appointed Adrian Saunders as its new non-executive chairman.

Saunders first joined the MGA’s board in April 2024 as a non-executive director and has provided guidance as the business continues on its growth trajectory in the construction, property and private clients markets.
Iprism chief executive Ian Lloyd said: ”I’ve enjoyed working with Saunders over the past 18 months. He has brought fresh ideas and vision to the Board, as well as many years of experience in the market.
”Appointing him as our chairman was the next logical step for us, representing our growing maturity as a management-owned business.
“Saunders shares our passion for Iprism, and his skills perfectly complement our senior leadership team. I’m looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together through the next stage in our journey.”
