David Kelly, commercial director at Percayso Inform, explains why his firm deserves to win the Underwriting and Distribution Technology Partner award
Why did you put yourselves forward for the category?

We believe the insurance industry can make much better decisions when it moves beyond the information declared on a single quote. Our intelligence hub connects market-wide quote history with other sources of intelligence, giving insurers, MGAs and brokers a richer, real-time understanding of risk.
Furthermore, inform manager puts control directly into our customer’s hands, allowing them to build and deploy decisioning rules in minutes rather than weeks. We wanted to showcase how this combination of unique data, technology and practical innovation is already changing underwriting and distribution for our clients.
What do you think makes your entry stand out and why should you win the award?
We combine a perspective no individual insurer can replicate with technology that turns insight into immediate action. Our customer quote lake contains over one billion quotes spanning six years, allowing us to identify inconsistencies and potential manipulation that a single submission cannot reveal.
Intelligence hub now processes more than 100 million decisions daily, averaging under 250 milliseconds, while inform manager enables clients to deploy their own rules without IT delays. With 70% of customers using multiple intelligence products, we believe the scale, adoption and demonstrable impact puts us ahead of our competitors.
What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?
This award would recognise the hard work of the people at Percayso Inform to challenge how our industry uses data and of the clients and partners who have embraced that ambition and put it into practice.
We have always believed that better intelligence should lead to better decisions, fairer pricing and more efficient operations, not simply more data. To receive this award would validate the progress we are making and encourage us to keep pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Most importantly, it would acknowledge the trust our clients place in us every day.
