’Their experience and perspectives will be invaluable as we continue to represent and support our members and the wider Lloyd’s market,’ says chief executive
The Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA) has appointed Apollo’s chief commercial operations officer Vinay Mistry and Argenta’s chief executive Nick Moore to its executive board.
Having joined Apollo in 2019, Mistry has played a key role in shaping Apollo’s risk strategy and governance.
Mistry has also served on several LMA committees, including as chair of the chief risk officer committee and as a founding member of the sustainability committee.
Meanwhile, Moore has led the Argenta Group since 2023 and has previous experience as managing director at Argenta syndicate management and capital modelling actuary at Lloyd’s.
Sean McGovern, chair of the LMA, said: “Mistry and Moore bring a wealth of experience from across the market.
”I look forward to working with them as the board continues to guide the LMA’s priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes for its members.”
Succession
These appointments come as both Aegis London’s chief executive Alex Powell and Ascot Group’s non-executive director Andrew Brooks step down from the LMA board at the end of their terms.
