Midlands-based broker secures direct authorisation

Genesis Insurance Services has been directly authorised as an independent commercial insurance broker.

The firm was previously an appointed representative of Fiveways Insurance.

Getting authorisation to become an independent broker is part of Genesis’ long-term growth strategy and follows more than two years of planning and investment in the business.

Investment in people

Genesis currently employs five insurance professionals based at the Waterfront, Brierley Hill, and supports businesses across a range of sectors in the Midlands and across the UK.

Genesis said it has continued to invest in its people, with the team growing through organic expansion.
