’Appointing a head of intelligence represents a significant boost to QuestGates’ internal expertise and reflects our continued investment in refining our analytical capability,’ says head of counter fraud services

QuestGates has appointed Daniel Sanzeri as its head of intelligence for counter fraud services.

In his new role, Sanzeri will lead the adjuster’s intelligence function to deliver data driven insights and specialist analytical investigative support to strengthen its response to complex insurance and fraud related enquiries.

The hire follows QuestGates’ recent leadership restructure, including Chris Hall stepping down as chief executive and being succeeded by Greg Laker.

‘Significant boost’

With over 20 years’ experience, Sanzeri has served within both intelligence in UK law enforcement and commercial application in the defence of claims.

Commenting on the appointment, Peter Oakes, head of counter fraud services at QuestGates, said: “We are delighted to have Sanzeri on board and look forward to the impact he will make to our growing team.

”Appointing a head of intelligence represents a significant boost to QuestGates’ internal expertise and reflects our continued investment in refining our analytical capability. As clients increasingly value data led insight to support decision making, this role strengthens our ability to deliver meaningful, actionable intelligence in the fight against fraud.”
