RSA has appointed Arc Legal as its supplier of legal expenses insurance services across its personal and commercial product lines.
Under the arrangement, RSA will continue to underwrite the products, with Arc Legal providing claims and solicitor management services, product development & actuarial support and ongoing guidance on compliance & regulatory matters.
Arc Legal says the deal represents a ”significant growth in Arc Legal’s family and commercial legal expenses portfolio, increasing policy count by over 15% for both product lines.”
RSA will be provided with a bespoke working process by Arc Legal introducing a number of additions to the customer journey, including the provision of digital claim submission methods for customers.
