Seventeen Group has acquired Citrus Healthcare and Smith England Insurance Brokers.

Kent-based Citrus Healthcare is a specialist private medical broker established in 2010 by Richard and Claire Bamford.
Meanwhile, Cheadle-based Smith England, led by Nigel Smith, focuses on corporate clients that favour a risk management led proposition.
Combined, these businesses add £12m in gross written premium (GWP) to the group.
Plans for growth
Both firms will join James Hallam, Seventeen Group’s UK retail division.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
