’This acquisition lets us continue that personal approach while helping even more business owners with their insurance needs,’ says director
Staffordshire-based Bartlett James Risk Solutions has acquired broker IPC Limited.

IPC, which is led by Ian Potter, has spent over 30 years specialising in the commercial insurance market, with property, business interruption, cyber and fleet among products the broker provides.
The transaction will see IPC’s clients move across to Bartlett James, with both firms stating that service continuity will be maintained.
Bartlett James – which offers tailored advice and insurance propositions across sectors including construction, manufacturing, retail, logistics and professional services –said it had acquired the firm to ”strengthen its roots” in the local community and across the UK.
Nigel Bartlett, director at Bartlett James, said: “This is an exciting moment for our business and for the local area. I’m delighted to welcome IPC’s clients to Bartlett James.
”Potter built a very respected business based on excellent client relationships, quality service and diligence in his delivery, the same values that drive us. We’re both local, we get to know our clients personally, and we understand the challenges businesses here face.
”This acquisition lets us continue that personal approach while helping even more business owners with their insurance needs.”
