Broker Willis Towers Watson (WTW) has revealed that it will bolster its innovation strategy through a new partnership with Sønr, a statement released yesterday (29 November 2023) said.
Sønr is an insurtech platform that helps firms identify emerging technologies and solutions that can drive growth and transformation across the business.
It does this by streamlining the innovation scouting process and fostering collaboration.
Through the new deal, Sønr will help WTW enhance its innovation initiatives and strengthen connectivity within teams globally.
Steve Blumenfield, head of partnerships and alliances at WTW, said: ”As the insurance and financial services landscape continues to evolve, we recognise the crucial role that innovation plays in shaping our industry’s future.”

’Significant milestone’
The two firms added that the strategic collaboration marked a “significant milestone” for them as it “underscored their shared commitment to driving innovation in the insurance and financial services industries”.
