Norwich Union has signed a deal with training specialists Protocol Skills to deliver the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development training to its staff.
Protocol will provide training at its Norwich centre, for around 40 staff.
A spokeswoman for Norwich Union said: "We are very pleased to be working with Protocol Skills and value their flexible approach, particularly as many of the students going through the courses have demanding jobs which take them away from the office from time to time.
"Protocol Skills has proven to be adaptable to our needs and have always provided a professional service."
