Primary Broker Services (PBS) has announced the appointment of Ian McFadyean to the role of business development manager.
McFadyean will be responsible for the company's South-West and Wales region and will be based in its Bristol office.
Over the course of an eight-year career spent with AXA, he held the role of sales co-ordinator for five years and in his last three years worked as an account manager.
McFadyean joins Bristol-based underwriter, Janice Whitelock, who was also recruited from AXA earlier this year.
PBS opened its Bristol base in March of this year. It has since opened a third regional office in Glasgow and, in recent weeks, a new City base from which to service brokers in London and the South-East.
