Primary Group has announced the appointment of David Arthur, who will join the company in May 2005 as group corporate counsel.
The company said Arthur joined the group from Barlow Lyde & Gilbert, a leading international law firm, where he has been a partner since 1984.
David was until May 2004 a main Board Member and Head of the Professional Liability and Commercial Litigation Department.
