In addition Andrew McCann and Chris Harding, who are presently senior claims handlers at the Bolton and Birmingham offices respectively are to be given the opportunity to train as liability adjusters.

QuestGates service delivery director Greg Laker said: “As QuestGates continues its development, it is vital that we increase the depth and quality of our resources to match our business volumes. Staff retention clearly aids service delivery and as part of this we have sought to identify and encourage people who are capable of advancement. I firmly believe that these new appointments and promotions meet these aims.”
