A major investment in staff and resources has been announced by disaster restoration company Rainbow International.

The company said it has made significant further investment in its online claims management system bringing total investment close to the £2m mark, and has made three key appointments to its head office team.

The investment follows the capture of several major contracts and expansion and a 40% increase in growth.

Managing Director Phil Else said: “The company is enjoying unprecedented success as it works with its customers, both commercial and industrial, to drive down the total costs of claims including claim processing costs."

Rainbow has appointed Christine Smith, a claims management systems and finance specialist, as claims manager.

It has also recently appointed Nick Jeffery as training manager and Dave Thomas, previously of Zurich Financial Services,as an additional national accounts manager.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
