Royal & SunAlliance has adopted Motability as its headline charity this year. R&SA staff across the UK are aiming to raise £150,000 for the charity and raise awareness of mobility needs.
The staff will fundraise throughout the year, with R&SA matching sums raised pound for pound.
Motability helps disabled people who may otherwise be housebound to have driving lessons, pay for vehicle adaptations and generally become mobile.
R&SA Chief Executive Paul Spencer said: "With our commitment, and with the help of Motability, we hope that by the end of the year, we will have been successful in our aim of funding mobility solutions for hundreds of disabled people."
