So Aviva is going to support the 200 individuals who are to lose their jobs? And just how are they going to do that? Support for UK staff would have been not outsourcing their jobs in the first place. Aviva have no social concionce. Companies like these care little for the individual. I for one would like to see what they would do if all their customers moved to another insurer? Would they like the taste of their own medicine then or would it have lost some of its sweetness? I hope all those who got the bad news in Manchester move onto better things and find employers who value you.
