Enough is enough. Change the record Sian.

I'm not disputing or denigrating the importance of gender equality, but after two full years where you've indulged, using members' money (and an awful lot of it), your personal agenda to the max, it's now time to rein it in.

The CII's remit is much wider than gender equality so stop paying lip service to the needs of your wider membership. Don't forget they are funding the CII.

If that doesn't interest you, just move on and give someone with the ability and vision to cater for all members the chance to do so.

And call me a cynic, but is there anyone involved in this report that believed the outcome would say anything other than there's gender inequality? I'd have bet my house on it. Self perpetuating.

What's the betting this commentary is simply ignored by Sian and the CII (seems the way with criticism), and that they continue to press ahead regardless with more gender equality initiatives. Watch this space.
