RK Carvill & Co has appointed David Thomas as its managing director.
Carvill said long-term employee Thomas formerly headed up the company's specialty, program and medical malpractice divisions.
He was instrumental in the development of ReAdvisory, the Carvill analysis and modelling service, and new Carvill products, the company said.
