War, pestilence, corruption, hurricanes, soft markets. The insurance industry is in hell.
A recent PR Week article says PR specialist FWD is the industry's saviour.
The article quoted FWD associate director Damian Beeley: "After the [New York attorney-general] Eliot Spitzer corruption probe, the industry has problems presenting itself as independent and not corrupt."
A week later, Beeley wrote to PR Week saying the "quotes completely misrepresented" what he said. Who can save FWD?
