ServiceMaster UK has promoted Scott Robinson to director of marketing and communications. His new role includes overseeing account management and customer relationship management.
Before joining ServiceMaster, Robinson worked in the claims sector for AXA, Crawford and Co, Toplis and Harding and PCS.
He is also a Past President of the Insurance Institute of Kendal where he still takes an active part.
