Sihra and Reece join HCC

Specialist insurer HCC International has appointed underwriters Kiran Sihra and Charles Reece to its professional indemnity team.

Sihra, who has more than eight years’ experience in the insurance market, joins HCC from RSA, where she wrote professional indemnity business.

Reece joins from Hiscox and has nine years industry experience in professional indemnity claims, high net worth underwriting as well as property, liability and D&O underwriting. 

HCC director of sales and business development Terry Pegg said: “The appointment of two new underwriters enhances our capabilities and will expand our technical expertise and service excellence to our growing market.”

HCC head of UK casualty Tony Browne said: “We are pleased to welcome both Kiran and Charles to our growing team of experienced underwriters. I am certain that their appointments will strengthen professional indemnity.”
