Six senior Marsh executives have left the broker to join Willis' ranks in New York.

Former Marsh managing director Lauret McCabe has been appointed by Willis as an executive vice president and New York employee benefits practice leader. McCabe has 25 years of experience at Marsh, where she was among one of the first to be given the title of managing director.

Robert Lustburg was senior vice president and team leader at Marsh for eight years. He has been named as a senior vice president and client service leader at Willis.

George Wilson spent six years at Marsh and was most recently a team leader and vice president. Willis has appointed him as senior vice president and senior client manager.

Shari Rock joins Willis as senior vice president and senior client manager. Rock spent ten years at Marsh where she was vice president and team leader.

Pauline Sobelman has also been named as a vice president and senior client manager at Willis. She spent two years as a senior consultant as Marsh.

Sarah White joins the broker as assistant vice president and client manager. At Marsh White served as an assistant vice president and employee benefits consultant.
