The Skills Council for Financial Services is to pilot a new qualification for training and compliance managers at small firms.
Called managing training and competence, the Skills Council said the qualification had been designed specifically to help small businesses meet regulatory requirements and address business needs.
Firms either based in, or with,a major branch in, specific east London boroughs and employing fewer than 200 people are eligible for the trial.
