The Sterling Insurance Group has appointed Phil Carr as senior development manager.
Carr will be responsible for managing client relationships including support to the broker network and identifying added value opportunities.
He joins Sterling from Cardif Pinnacle where he worked as senior business development manager for 5 years in the mortgage and consumer lending team.
