Towergate has appointed Scott Bennett as the customer relationship executive for its north region.
Bennett has 14 years' insurance experience, including a year managing a flagship branch of the Yorkshire Building Society in Leeds and 13 years with Hill House Hammond.
In his new role he will develop regional customer relationship programmes to deliver enhanced customer communication.
