Towergate Partnership has appointed Roger Brown as head of premium finance development.
Brown moves to the position from Close Premium Finance where he was commercial development director for 12 years.
Towergate said Brown had been appointed to further the development of its services to provide premium finance arrangements to the company's commercial and personal customers.
