Troika, the London-based management consultancy specialising in retail financial services, has appointed Jon Lott as a managing consultant within its General Insurance Team.
Lott joins Troika from Direct Line Insurance, a division of RBS, where, over 11 years, he held a broad range of senior positions.
Lott also helped Tesco to develop its personal finance business, which at the time was based on white-labelled products by Direct Line.
Lott said: “I am delighted to be joining such a dynamic and talented organisation and I'm confident that my years of client-side experience will prove invaluable as Troika deepens the range and depth of its GI consulting offering."
