Westinsure Webb believes it is the first West Country brokers to attain international recognition for its commitment to quality.
The Truro and Falmouth-based broker has been awarded the international kite mark for quality, ISO 9002, after undergoing a rigorous assessment.
The project was overseen by general insurance manager Luke Everall. A founder of a local intermediary association Anada (Swedish for "free spirit"), the firm hopes its success will inspire applications from its associate members.
