Wildnet and Software AG are targeting the insurance sector after sealing a joint venture agreement to provide total ecommerce solutions for business-to-business industries.
Wildnet will form relationships with insurers and build business-to-business trading websites for underwriters.
The sites will allow instant quoting and binding, along with the ability to provide accounting and statements, management reports, certificates, adjustments, claims and call centre functionality.
Software AG will design the back office systems and architecture.
