Willis has appointed Andy Pearce as head of claims within global operations UK.
Previously claims director at Zurich, Pearce was responsible for personal claims lines throughout the UK, integrating the operations following Zurich's merger with Eagle Star.
Willis said Pearce would focus on developing the delivery of claims service to its clients. He will also take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of claims service across the UK.
