Zurich has announced a series of structural changes to its group management board.
The company said the changes have been implemented to “better reflect the group’s strategic direction and organizational changes.”
Effective from 1 January 2005, the GMB will include the ten current members of the group executive committee and eight business segment and functional leaders.
New members of the GMB, it said, are: president of US personal business Paul Hopkins, chief executive of US small business John Lynch, and chief executive of international business division, Martin South.
