Zurich Financial Services has completed the integration of its motor engineering functions following the merger with Eagle Star.
It has achieved four key objectives.
- Centralised motor engineering control ensuring the most efficient use of the regional motor engineering resource
- Development of service standards and the application of management information to measure performance
- Creation of a new approach to supplier relationships, particularly with the 400-strong Zurich repairer network
- A complete process and procedure re-engineering project defining the way forward.
