Year established: 1980

History: In August 2000, our founder shareholder, Flemings, was acquired by Chase Manhattan Corporation but, preferring to remain independent, the management and senior employees of RFIB acquired Chase Fleming's majority shareholding.

Our confidence in taking such a step was prompted by a perceived gap in the mid-size market, by the wish to have greater control over our future in a consolidating industry and because we believe that our independence will better serve the interest of our clients.

We aim to excel in service, people and reputation. We have a consistent record of growth and a clear plan to continue our expansion in the future, while retaining those characteristics which have contributed to our success in the past.
