Aegis Managing Agency has appointed three new non-executive directors to its board: William Dalton, Tom Mahoney and Roger Morgan, “further strengthening the company's knowledge and skill at the senior level".
Dalton is a director of HSBC Finance Corporation, while Mahoney was previously chief executive and managing director of Platinum Re and managing director of St Paul Re.
Morgan adds the appointment to his roles of non-executive chairman of Omega Underwriting, non-executive chairman of HWS Holdings and chairman of Otherquest.
