Jacqui Furlong joins from Capstone Mortgage Services
Allianz Retail has appointed Jacqui Furlong to the role of head of service quality.
Jacqui will be responsible for quality monitoring, operational change, complaints management and training within Retail Operations.
With nearly 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Jacqui joins from Capstone Mortgage Services where her responsibilities included the operational design and implementation of mortgage deals, as well as relationship and performance management of third-party companies.
