AXA Assistance today announced the disposal of its 51% shareholding in CAS Services Limited.
CAS provides clinical decision support solutions to healthcare organisations including NHS Direct.
The shares have been bought by a consortium led by investment firm Bridgepoint, AXA announced.
CAS clinical decision support programmes will remain within AXA Assistance's suite of health assistance and claims management products, the company said.
