Insurer records tenth consecutive top score

AXA has achieved the highest overall satisfaction score in the latest Brokerbility bi-annual survey of insurer performance.

The insurer recorded an overall satisfaction score of 82.82% and also topped the claims and accounts categories.

Brokerbility members control £540m gross written premium.

The research rates insurer performance when dealing with claims, underwriting, accounts and overall satisfaction.

It involved Brokerbility’s seven key insurer partners – AXA, Allianz, Aviva, AIG, NIG, RSA and Zurich.

AXA commercial lines and personal intermediary chief executive Amanda Blanc said: “This is another great result for AXA and to have delivered the best service levels to Brokerbility members for the tenth consecutive time is a huge achievement and testament to our determination to give brokers the very best service.”

Zurich’s overall satisfaction score fell by 2.01% from the April 2013 Brokerbility survey and NIG’s by 1.48%.

RSA was the most improved, up 1.63%. It overtook Allianz to enjoy the second-highest overall satisfaction score at 77.77%
