Insurer records tenth consecutive top score
AXA has achieved the highest overall satisfaction score in the latest Brokerbility bi-annual survey of insurer performance.
The insurer recorded an overall satisfaction score of 82.82% and also topped the claims and accounts categories.
Brokerbility members control £540m gross written premium.
The research rates insurer performance when dealing with claims, underwriting, accounts and overall satisfaction.
It involved Brokerbility’s seven key insurer partners – AXA, Allianz, Aviva, AIG, NIG, RSA and Zurich.
AXA commercial lines and personal intermediary chief executive Amanda Blanc said: “This is another great result for AXA and to have delivered the best service levels to Brokerbility members for the tenth consecutive time is a huge achievement and testament to our determination to give brokers the very best service.”
Zurich’s overall satisfaction score fell by 2.01% from the April 2013 Brokerbility survey and NIG’s by 1.48%.
RSA was the most improved, up 1.63%. It overtook Allianz to enjoy the second-highest overall satisfaction score at 77.77%
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
