Beazley Group has appointed Ian Hoy as the group analyst.
Hoy joins Beazley from Lloyd's where he played a leading role in the development and delivery of its three-year strategic plan.
Beazley said he will be working closely with its senior executive team in the development of strategic initiatives across its international network.
