Blue Cube Group, the provider of security solutions, is to acquire Sussex based Absolute, a provider of fraud solutions.
Bill Trueman, of Absolute said: “We have long awaited the opportunity to strengthen our offerings and bring them in line with our interviewing prowess.
"Combining both sets of skills in addition to Blue Cube's presence within the Lloyds marketplace and across other markets we see superb opportunities for us all and in particular our customers”.
Blue Cube Group's CEO Gary Haycock-West, added: “This was a natural fit - by joining forces with a group working in the same markets [with] similar plans to evolve and develop with the industry there are significant synergies for both businesses and [they] have put together a perfect marriage.”
